Refund Policy & Student Declaration
At Dream Travel Academy we strive to provide quality training and professional guidance. The following refund policy applies to all enrolled students.

1. Registration Fee
Registration/Admission fees are strictly non-refundable.
2. Course Fee Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refund eligibility depends on the duration attended and services utilized.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Before batch commencement, we may consider a partial refund after deducting the registration charges.
- Course materials, recorded sessions, and software access, once provided, are non-refundable.
4. Installment Payments
Students enrolled under installment plans are responsible for paying pending dues as per the agreed terms.
5. Cancellation by Academy
In case Dream Travel Academy cancels a course permanently, eligible students may receive an adjusted refund or transfer option.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7–15 working days to process.
7. Special Cases
- Any exceptional refund requests will be reviewed solely by the management.
- Management reserves the final right regarding approval or rejection.
Student Declaration
Every student confirms the following declaration when submitting the application form:
- I hereby declare that the information provided by me during admission is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
- I will maintain discipline and professional behavior.
- I will attend classes regularly.
- I will follow all academy rules and regulations.
- I understand that fees paid are subject to the academy refund policy.
- I understand that Dream Travel Academy provides placement assistance and not guaranteed placement.
- I agree not to misuse academy materials or resources.
- I authorize the academy to use my academic records, photographs, or testimonials for official and promotional purposes.
Attendance and certification
Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory for certification eligibility, and certificates are issued only after successful completion of the course and full fee clearance.
Grievances
Any concern about teaching, facilities or conduct should be raised with the admissions desk or emailed to info@dreamtravelacademy.com. We aim to acknowledge every grievance within two working days.
