Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to the Dream Travel Academy website and to students enrolled in our programs.

1. Admission Policy

Admission is confirmed only after successful payment of the registration/admission fee.
Students must provide accurate personal and educational information during enrollment.
Dream Travel Academy reserves the right to reject or cancel admission in case of incorrect information or misconduct.

2. Fee Policy

Course fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.
Fees once paid are non-transferable.
Delayed payments may result in a late fine of ₹50 per day.
Continuous delay in fee payment may result in suspension of classes or certification.
Certificates will be issued only after complete fee clearance.

3. Attendance Policy

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance.
Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory for certification eligibility.
Repeated absenteeism without prior notice may lead to batch termination.

4. Conduct & Discipline

Students must maintain professional behavior inside and outside the academy premises.
Misconduct, abusive behavior, or damage to academy property may result in immediate termination.
Use of inappropriate language or activities affecting the academy’s reputation is strictly prohibited.

5. Training & Placement

Dream Travel Academy provides training and placement assistance only.
Placement is based on student performance, interview skills, attendance, and company requirements.
The academy does not guarantee 100% job placement.

6. Study Material & Intellectual Property

All study materials provided by Dream Travel Academy are available in online mode for student learning purposes only.
Students will receive access to online study resources, materials, and training content during the course period.
Unauthorized sharing, downloading, reproduction, screen recording, or resale of academy content is strictly prohibited.
Any misuse of the academy’s intellectual property may result in termination of access without prior notice.

7. Certificate Policy

Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course and fee clearance.
Students failing to meet academic or attendance requirements may not receive certification.

8. Changes in Schedule

The academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, trainers, course modules, or timings whenever necessary.

9. Liability

Dream Travel Academy shall not be responsible for loss of personal belongings or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

10. Certification Examination Policy

The certification examination fee covers only the first attempt. If a student fails, remains absent, or does not achieve the required passing score in the final examination, the student must pay the applicable certification examination fee again to reappear for the examination.

11. Late Fee Clause

If the course fee is not paid by the due date, a late fee of ₹50 per day will be charged for each day of delay until the outstanding amount is cleared.

12. Acceptance

By submitting the student application form or signing the printed admission form, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions.

Third-party systems

Training references third-party systems and trademarks such as Amadeus, Travelport Galileo, Sabre, Meta, Google and WordPress. These names belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. Dream Travel Academy is an independent training institute.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Ajmer, Rajasthan.
